Daily Inspirations no. 179

Trying to find the clear definition of inspiration could be rather a tricky business. Of course, clever philosophic books may tell you that inspiration is a kind of power or stimulating and motivating influence upon the human intellect or emotions. But without consulting the encyclopedia we usually cannot explain in words what inspiration is, though most of us still can understand this phenomenon on some deep inner level. This understanding seems to come to us from somewhere inside our soul, from our instincts, sub-consciousness, or whatever you call the non-material component of the human being. However, perhaps the best thing about inspiration is that you do not actually need to learn it; instead you need just to be able to find and accept it. The rest will be done by inspiration itself – it will activate your internal powers, awake your hidden talents, and stimulate your imagination
