Who Let the Dogs Out? Dogs Photography Showcase
Elliott Erwitt, a prominent photographer of the 20th century, once described photography as the art of observation. “It’s about finding something interesting in an ordinary place… I’ve found it has little to do with the things you see and everything to do with the way you see them” – he said. Dogs photographs, presented in the gallery below, is a true evidence of this statement. Clear emotions and interesting situations, found even in the usual and trivial places, – these can be observed not only on the photos of humans, but animals as well. Actually, dogs have always been popular as the models for photographers due to their reputation of true human friends gifted with intellect, loyalty to people and vivid characters.
Looking at the dogs-featuring photographs below, you will meet many different characters: a devoted partner, a pompous model, a noble gentleman, a playful friend, and a skillful sportsman. Though all of them are not humans, but dogs – this minor difference does not affect the quality of the image, which is still interesting for viewers. Furthermore, dog photographs can often attract even more attention, because dogs cannot pretend – the way they look and the way they behave are always true and uncovered from any prejudices or social hang-ups. Let us proceed now to the dog photography showcase itself. We hope you will enjoy the perfect combination of animal participation and photographers’ skills in production of these nice art works.
